In addition to the software sales and support, TerraSource provides data management and information systems consulting services.  The majority of our clients are mining companies or other natural resource companies; however, we are working with a number of local and county government agencies on a variety of projects.  We concentrate on the use of SQL Server for the relational database and have the Microsoft certified MCDBA and MCSE personnel to handle the work.   If the data has a significant spatial component, for example sample data with location information or satellite imagery, we can set up the procedures to store that data in SQL Server and extract the data for display and analysis using ArcSDE (ESRI's spatial data engine) and the ArcGIS range of products.  We can customize the data entry using an Access front end and set it up so that data entry is quick and accurate.  On the analysis side, we can set up procedures to evaluate the data so that you are extracting the maximum return out of that investment in data collection and data entry.

TerraSource can set up ArcIMS for internet and intranet distribution of your digital data and analyses.

TerraSource can install and setup ArcSDE for management of spatial data sets.  In addition, we can assist with the design and implementation of personal and enterprise Geodatabases.

TerraSource has a substantial digital catalog of public domain geographic data for areas within the US and we can quickly build the information for most any area within the States.
